1. Booking requests
Submitting an appointment request online does not guarantee a confirmed booking. Requests remain pending until we confirm your preferred date and time slot. We may suggest an alternative slot if capacity is limited.
2. Service scope
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services relate to general pest control for residential, commercial, or construction properties. Treatments are based on inspection findings, property type, and pest pressure on the day of service.
3. Access and preparation
You agree to provide safe access to the property and follow any preparation advice we give before treatment. Delays caused by lack of access may require rescheduling.
4. Safety and products
We use professional pest control methods and products appropriate for the situation. Where suitable, we can discuss family and pet-conscious options. Follow all aftercare instructions provided on the day.
5. Pricing and payment
Quotes are based on the information you provide and what we find on site. Final pricing may change if the scope differs from the original request. Payment terms will be confirmed with your booking or invoice.
6. Cancellations
Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a fee where we have already allocated a technician visit.
7. Results and follow-up
Pest pressure can vary with weather, neighbouring properties, and building conditions. We aim for effective control and may recommend follow-up visits or prevention steps where appropriate. Guarantees, if offered, will be stated clearly for that job.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, inaccessible areas, or issues outside our control.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new bookings made after the update date.
